What is FuturePayID?
Your FuturePayID is a unique digital account identifier, just like a bank account number, for fast and secure transfers.
How do I pay with QR or NFC (Tap-to-Pay)?
• QR Code: Tap Scan & Pay, scan the merchant’s code, approve, and you’re done.
• NFC (Tap-to-Pay): Simply tap your phone on another NFC-enabled device or card, then approve the transfer in-app.
What bills can I pay in the app?
You can pay for electricity, airtime, data, school fees, and local levies directly from your FuturePay app.
Can I schedule or delay payments?
Yes. With the Schedule Payment feature, you can set the date and time for any payment. You can also cancel unredeemed scheduled payments before they are executed.
How do I withdraw money?
• To Bank Account: Transfer directly from your FuturePay wallet.
